1. Our Commitment to a Clean Platform
🛡️ Zero Tolerance Policy: Wowmet has a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexually explicit content, illegal activity, and any content that violates the dignity of users or bystanders. Violations result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent account termination and legal referrals.
1.1 No Nudity or Sexually Explicit Content
Wowmet prohibits all forms of nudity, sexual imagery, and explicit content across every part of the platform including:
- Profile photos and display images
- Availability post descriptions and titles
- In-app messages and chat
- Any user-generated content visible to others
This includes artistic nudity, implied nudity, sexualized poses, and content that simulates sexual activity. All violations trigger immediate automated removal and account review.
1.2 No NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Content
Beyond explicit nudity, Wowmet also prohibits content that is violent, graphic, disturbing, or otherwise inappropriate for a general adult audience. This includes graphic descriptions of violence, gore, and content designed to shock or disturb other users.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 No Escorting, Solicitation, or Transactional Relationships
Wowmet strictly prohibits:
- Using the platform to solicit, offer, or arrange paid sexual services (escorting, sex work) of any kind.
- Using availability posts or messages to solicit sexual encounters with any transactional element.
- Advertising or promoting escort services, adult services, or any form of sexual commerce.
- Using the platform to recruit for adult entertainment, adult content creation, or the sex industry.
Violations of this policy will result in permanent account termination. Where required by law, we will report such activity to relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent international bodies.
2.2 No Adult Content Promotion
Users may not use Wowmet to promote, advertise, or direct traffic to adult content platforms, subscription services (e.g., OnlyFans, adult cam sites), or any other adult entertainment properties. Links to such services in profiles, posts, or messages are prohibited and will be removed automatically.
2.3 No Predatory Behavior
Any use of the platform to identify, target, isolate, or exploit vulnerable individuals — including those who may be new to the platform, appear to be under duress, or have not fully consented to the nature of a proposed meetup — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious safety violation.
3. Non-Consensual Sexual Imagery (NCSI) & Revenge Content
3.1 Strict Ban
Wowmet has a complete and absolute ban on Non-Consensual Sexual Imagery (NCSI), commonly referred to as "revenge porn" or "revenge content." This includes:
- Sharing, distributing, or threatening to share intimate images of another person without their explicit consent.
- Using the platform to coerce, blackmail, or extort users using intimate images.
- Synthetic or AI-generated intimate content created to target a specific individual.
- Any reference to, link to, or description of intimate images of a non-consenting person.
3.2 Legal Action Policy
Wowmet will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to NCSI. In jurisdictions where NCSI is a criminal offense (including Canada, the UK, Australia, and many US states), we will proactively report violations to the relevant authorities. We may also pursue civil remedies on behalf of affected users. Users found in violation will be permanently banned with no possibility of appeal.
4. AI Moderation System
4.1 Automated Content Filtering
Wowmet employs a multi-layer AI moderation system that operates continuously across all user-generated content:
- Image Scanning: All profile photos and in-app images are scanned for nudity, violence, and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) using industry-standard hash-matching and AI classification.
- Text Analysis: Availability post descriptions and messages are analyzed for prohibited content, suspicious patterns, and potential solicitation language.
- Behavioral Analysis: Unusual patterns of activity (e.g., mass messaging, location spoofing, rapid account creation) are flagged for review.
4.2 Instant Removal
Content flagged by our AI systems is removed from public view immediately — before human review in the most serious cases (CSAM, explicit imagery). The account associated with the content is simultaneously placed on restricted status pending investigation.
4.3 Permanent Bans
The following violations result in immediate and permanent account termination with no appeal:
- Any CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) — with mandatory reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement
- Non-Consensual Sexual Imagery (NCSI / revenge content)
- Credible threats of physical violence
- Multiple confirmed safety violations (3 or more serious violations)
- Creating multiple accounts after a ban
5. Harassment & Respectful Interaction
5.1 No Sexual Harassment
Wowmet is committed to maintaining an environment free from sexual harassment. This includes:
- Sending unsolicited sexual messages, images, or propositions.
- Making sexual comments about another user's appearance without their expressed invitation.
- Persisting in sexual advances after a user has declined or blocked you.
- Using availability posts to broadcast sexually suggestive intent toward specific individuals.
5.2 No Unwanted Advances
If a user declines a meetup request, does not respond, or blocks you, you must respect that boundary. Continued attempts to contact or meet with that user via the platform or through other means constitutes harassment and is grounds for account suspension.
5.3 Zero Tolerance for Intimidation
Threatening, intimidating, or stalking behavior — including following a user's posted locations without their consent, showing up to locations uninvited, or using information from the platform to locate a user outside of scheduled meetup contexts — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
6. Reliability Score & Anti-Predatory Scheduling
6.1 Reliability Score System
Every Wowmet user has a Reliability Score — a trust metric that reflects how consistently they honor scheduled meetups. The score is calculated based on:
- Confirmed meetup attendance (positive contribution)
- No-shows on confirmed meetups (negative impact)
- Last-minute cancellations without advance notice
- User reports of reliability issues
Users with low Reliability Scores may have their ability to post new Scheduled Intent limited, their visibility on the discovery map reduced, or their account placed under review. Chronic no-shows may result in account suspension.
6.2 No-Show Penalty
When two users confirm a meetup and one fails to appear without prior cancellation (a "confirmed no-show"), the absent party receives an automatic Reliability Score reduction. Three confirmed no-shows within a 90-day period will trigger an account review.
6.3 Anti-Predatory Scheduling
Wowmet's systems monitor for patterns consistent with predatory scheduling — such as rapidly confirming meetups with many different users, targeting users who are new to the platform, or creating availability posts in isolated or non-public locations. Accounts exhibiting these patterns will be flagged for human review and may be restricted pending investigation.
7. Personal Safety Guidelines
⚠️ Important: Your safety is your responsibility. Wowmet provides a platform for connection — please take these guidelines seriously for every in-person meetup you arrange.
7.1 Always Meet in Public
For all first-time meetups arranged through Wowmet, you should:
- Choose a well-lit, busy public location (café, park, shopping area, public transport hub).
- Never agree to meet at a person's home, private residence, or in a remote location for an initial meetup.
- Arrive and depart independently — don't accept rides from someone you've just met.
- Ensure the meeting location has good phone signal and other people nearby.
7.2 Inform a Trusted Friend or Family Member
Before any Wowmet meetup, especially your first with someone:
- Tell a trusted person where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to return.
- Share the other person's Wowmet profile information with your trusted contact.
- Agree on a check-in time and a code word or signal if you need help leaving.
- Consider live-sharing your location with a trusted contact during the meetup.
7.3 Trust Your Instincts
- If something feels wrong, it probably is. Leave without explanation if you feel unsafe.
- You are never obligated to go through with a meetup you feel uncomfortable about.
- If a user is pressuring you to meet in private, change the agreed location, or share personal information you're not comfortable sharing — report them immediately.
7.4 Protect Your Personal Information
- Don't share your home address, workplace, or other sensitive personal information before meeting someone in person and establishing trust.
- Be cautious about sharing social media handles or phone numbers early in an interaction.
- Report anyone who attempts to gather personal information that seems excessive for planning a casual meetup.
7.5 Emergency Resources
If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services:
- USA / Canada: 911
- UK: 999
- India: 112
- Australia: 000
- EU General: 112
For non-emergency safety reports on the platform, use the in-app report feature or email us at Contact@digitalfosters.com.
8. Reporting & Enforcement
8.1 How to Report
Every user, post, and message on Wowmet has a built-in report function. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team within:
- Critical safety violations (CSAM, violence threats, NCSI): Within 1 hour
- Harassment and prohibited content: Within 4 hours
- General policy violations: Within 24 hours
8.2 Retaliation Policy
Wowmet strictly prohibits retaliation against users who submit good-faith safety reports. If you believe you are being retaliated against for reporting a user, please contact our safety team immediately.
8.3 False Reporting
Submitting false or malicious reports to harm another user's account is a violation of these guidelines and may result in action against the reporting account.
