We respect your right to control your personal data. Use the form on this page to permanently delete your Wowmet account and all associated information.
What Gets Deleted
When you confirm deletion, the following is permanently removed:
- Personal profile (name, email, phone number, photos)
- Your posted availability slots and meetup history
- Match history, conversations, and connections
- Location data and preferences
- Notification settings and schedules
- Usage analytics linked to your account
Before You Delete
- No recovery: Deleted accounts cannot be restored
- Active matches: All ongoing conversations will be lost
- Subscriptions: Cancel any active subscription before deleting
- Alternative: Consider deactivating your profile instead if you may return
Data Retention
Certain data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance, including:
- Anonymised usage statistics for platform safety research
- Transaction records as required by applicable law
- Safety and abuse-report records
Reactivation
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. To use Wowmet again you will need to register a new account and reconfigure all settings from scratch.
